into the senses

into the senses
a sensory morning shaped by land, ocean + body

le cruz x remedy invite you into a morning of embodied presence — feet on the earth, salt in the air, ocean at the edge, and the body as guide.

noe’s sound moves through brynne’s intuitive breathwork and somatic movement, drawing us out of thought and into sensation. slowly, we soften into stillness — closing in deep rest with noe’s facial acupressure and intuitive facial work.

the experience

gather
arrive slowly. settle into the land, the air, the ocean, and the space around you.

you will be guided by brynne through grounding, holotropic breathwork, and somatic movement — an invitation to soften, come into the body, and follow what arises.

ground
feet on the earth, awareness in the body, attention moving inward.

breathe
holotropic breathwork designed to move into the edges, release what’s ready to be released, quiet the mind, and return you to the body.

move
fluid, intuitive somatic movement guided by what the body is asking for.

throughout the practice, noe layers sound frequencies through the experience, creating a sensory landscape around breath, movement, and stillness.

wild orange, yuzu, fresh ginger, jasmine + ylang ylang meet nourishing macadamia oil — grounding through scent, touch, and skin.
