stretch & sip

stretch & sip
a sunday morning ritual of breath, movement + connection

an invitation to slow down, return to your body, and begin the week in rhythm with nature.

gather with us for a morning of grounding breathwork, intuitive somatic movement, and deep rest in our open-air wellness space along oʻahu’s windward coast.

after practice, linger over a le cruz craft espresso or seasonal botanical elixir. a little space to nourish yourself, connect with others, and simply be.

the experience

ground

arrive in the present moment. settle into your body and the natural rhythms of the land and ocean.

breathe

guided breathwork to soften the mind, deepen awareness, and reconnect with yourself.

move

intuitive, breath-led somatic movement set to music. an all-levels practice designed to both challenge and restore.

rest

deep, supported relaxation with gentle guidance and space for the nervous system to settle.

commune

craft espresso, seasonal botanical elixirs, and time to linger. because connection is as much a part of the practice as movement.
