a slow morning ritual of breath, movement, and shared connected over handcrafted espresso in our kaʻa‘awa wellness studio.
our classes blend grounding breathwork, intuitive movement, and deep nervous-system relaxation, guided by brynne kuch and followed by a le cruz craft espresso or seasonal herbal elixir.
the experience is intimate and intentionally unhurried — a way to return to yourself and nature before the week begins.
